Praise and blame

Criticism or praise is important for a service company, so we want to know what you think?

Getting praised is always fun.
It shows that our efforts are appreciated and may be able to pep up our drivers and attendants to work harder still.

Criticism is even more important.
All of our time is spent trying to make a very good trip and service we can for you so that you will be happy and satisfied. If we do wrong, we need to know about it so that we can improve ourselves. Have we promised too much? We must also be told.

Then we have the usual, guys running as “taxi drivers”, unpleasant or lax attitude or the wrong price. Everyone can have a bad day sometimes. It’s not likely to happen with us, but if it’s against all odds to do that, we need to know.

We ask you to state when and where you picked up and be happy if you know what car you went with. Unless it is clear from the receipt.
